Britney Spears Nude and Preggers

America's favorite trailer trash has posed nude for Harper's Bazaar magazine. She's certainly not the first celeb to pose nude while pregnant, as Demi Moore and Lisa Rinna did it years ago. What I find funny, is she was just all over the media a week ago, crying to Matt Lauer about not having any privacy. What do you expect when you pose for pics like this? More pics after the jump.
